After the huge success of the 2022 program, the Century House Marker program has returned. If your home is 100 years old or older anytime during 2024, you can purchase a stamped bronze commemorative marker that can be displayed on your home. These quality bronze markers can be purchased exclusively through your Deer Park Neighborhood Association.

Good news! The Century House Marker program has returned for another year. If your home is 100 years old or older anytime during 2024, you can purchase a stamped bronze commemorative marker that can be displayed on your home. These quality bronze markers can be purchased exclusively through your Deer Park Neighborhood Association. If your home is 100 years old or older, you can celebrate this remarkable milestone by purchasing a stamped, solid bronze commemorative marker to display on your home for $105, exclusively through your Deer Park Neighborhood Association.
Here are the easy steps to obtain one:
1. Sign-ups are open! Your home MUST be within the Deer Park neighborhood. Since Louisville Metro PVA records now require payment to access, a DPNA representative will look up your home in the records and notify you of your eligibility via your preferred contact method.
2. If your home qualifies, simply mail a check for $105 to DPNA:

These plaques are made in Louisville by skilled craftsmen who pours molten bronze into sand molds. Our goal is to have commitments from at twenty-five households before we submit the order for our neighborhood. Order accumulation and manufacturing processes could take a couple months, so please be patient. When we receive the markers we will notify you and deliver your marker with installation instructions, which is basically drilling holes and gluing them in.
This program is a unique way to celebrate your home’s milestone and support DPNA programs that help make Deer Park one of the best neighborhoods in Louisville.
